Am I guaranteed to be contacted by college coaches and receive a scholarship?
College Recruits.net does not guarantee that any person using our service will receive a scholarship or be contacted by coaches. Recruiting is a very individual scenario that is based on a case by case basis. We cannot guarantee that you are the type of player that the coaches that subscribe to our service are looking for. However, using our service will greatly increase your chances of being recruited by offering you a higher level of direct exposure to college coaches.
What happens after I have been contacted by a coach?
College Recruits.net does not interfere in the communication process between recruits and coaches. We believe that it is important for coaches and recruits to build a personal, yet professional relationship. Therefore all communication is done directly between the two parties.
Can I have more then one video in my profile?
Yes any member may upload more then one video but only up to a maximum of 3 video per profile. Each additional video will be charged at a rate of $10 per video. Please click on the “options” menu on the pricing page.
Does college recruit.net actively contact coaches on my behalf?
No, College Recruits.net does not send emails or make phone calls to coaches on behalf on any athlete using or service, unless we are contacted for whatever reason by a coach. We allow the coaches to come to you by way of our online searchable database of recruits. That way we ensure the coaches are looking for you as opposed to receiving unsolicited emails from us.
How old do I have to be to have a profile on College Recruits.net?
Any athlete who is currently in grade 11 or junior year of high school, but no older then *25 years of age can register for our service. Obviously you cannot go to college until you have graduated high school but it is a good idea to put yourself on the coaches radar while you are still in grade 11 or your junior year to give yourself the best chance and most amount of time to be recruited.
*Athletes subscribing to our service must not be older then 25 years of age at the time of subscription. Although the older you are may restrict the amount of schools that you may be eligible to attend.
What happens if I am offered a scholarship but am deemed ineligible to attend or participate in college athletics?
It is the responsibility of each individual athlete to ensure that they meet all the academic and athletic requirements to attend university in the U.S.A before they accept a scholarship from any institution. Each university has different academic guidelines so please check with the coach early on in the recruiting process to find out if you meet the academic criteria for their institution. Each athlete is also required to make sure they meet the athletic requirements, rules and guidelines and eligibility status of an amateur athlete as dictated by the various governing bodies of the NCAA, NAIA and NJCAA to attend university. College Recruits.net highly recommends that each athlete research the eligibility requirements for the NCAA, NAIA and NJCAA to ensure that they meet all the *requirements needed to become a college athlete.
*This may include but is not limited to: Registering with the NCAA clearing house, sitting the S.A.T, having all high school and previous university transcripts are available, not playing in professional leagues or leagues not sanctioned y the NCAA, receiving a student visa for international students etc.
College recruits.net does not take any responsibility nor offer refunds for athletes who use or service but are later deemed by certain institutions to not be eligible to participate in college athletics. The NCAA, NAIA and NJCAA all have different guidelines for eligibility, so although you may be deemed ineligible for the NCAA you may still be eligible to attend an NAIA or NJCAA school.
Please visit our “Links” section to access more information about the NCAA clearing house and the NCAA, NAIA and NJCAA eligibility guidelines.
Can I subscribe to College Recruits.net if I am currently enrolled in a university or have previously attended a university but still have eligibility and am looking to be recruited by a university coach?

We also suggest that if you are currently enrolled in university and/or currently on the roster of a university athletic team that you do not breach any recruiting guidelines set out by your institution and the governing bodies of the NCAA, NAIA and NJCAA.
